Crown America Car Wash

I get my car washed here every week on their monthly plan and the equipment is state of the art and feel confident that my car is cleaned thoroughly on the exterior. I love how there are always fresh new towels for my wipe down. The bays are nice and wide and I don't ever bump into the car next to me. The staff is super friendly and they keep the facility super clean. Bonus is that they have an on site boba shop which is delicious! Highly recommend Crown America Car Wash!

Went to this car wash mainly to get my car seats shampooed. After I got in my car and decided to pull into a parking spot at the car wash to put my items back in place, I noticed that there was a rip in the car seat. I went to address this with the manager and staff responsible for this task and was told my car seat was already ripped when they were cleaning it. I did not notice a rip on my car seat before they cleaned it. Staff reported they told another staff about the rip but did not address this either me. I am upset about the customer service regarding this issue. If my car seat was ripped before I requested this service, they should have approached me before they started the task to inform me of the rip and asked if I would like to proceed. Staff were insistent that the seat was already ripped before they began washing the car. For $99 and damage to the vehicle, you are better off spending your money elsewhere.

Love coming here for a car wash and great detailing experience. Detailing is a bit expensive but worth the price. Wish I was told how long the detailing would take… was waiting over 3 hours. The guy washing my car had a great attitude until he demanded a tip and I told him sry I have no cash on me and he just gave me a look and walked away without saying a word. I usually have a great experience here, but demanding gratuity seems very unprofessional in my opinion.

It's always a good experience coming here. Nobody is blasting their music while you're drying your car, classy. Manager seems to always be onsite and attentive. That's what a good manager does, he's out working with his employees. Plus I stop by the Valvoline oil change here form time to time, prices have gone up! But that's nothing to do with crown royal wash. Service is great and the area is always clean. My car is always coming out fresh and clean from the drive in wash.

New carwash in town. I had to wait before I posted my review I had to come back a few more times before posting. A good carwash providing you with cheap monthly membership for drive thru and full service wherein they have people to wipe and vacuum the car. If your are meticulous about your car being dry and clean you can talk to the person assigned to vacuum and dry your car and they will gladly do it for you. If your are a do it yourselfer, they provide vacuum and check this out they have drying towels for you to borrow. Make sure to return the towels you borrowed please.
